Hi, I’m Seth Cooper, a journey-driven problem solver who enjoys tackling the more obscure questions data brings to the table.

I’m currently a Program Manager at AFL Telecommunications, where I leverage my business acumen and background in analytics to drive process improvement and ensure customer satisfaction. Before that, I worked as a Research Analyst at AFL, helping shape strategy and critical business decisions through in-depth data analysis.

Alongside my work, I’m pursuing a Master of Science in Analytics at Georgia Tech. I previously graduated with honors from Presbyterian College in 2023 with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating in data analytics and business management.

When I’m not knee-deep in data, you’ll probably find me out on a run, nose in a book, or hiking with my wife and dog. I also enjoy working on personal projects, online courses, and self-study to develop new skills and explore hobbies that catch my interest.
